It's mostly a Cincinnati thing.
My plan is to mail out 4000 of them representing North, South, East and West - Everybody.
Each card comes with an original drawing of my little man on the back.
Every fourth card is either ballpoint pen, ballpoint pen with black marker, ballpoint pen with black and grey markers, color markers
and/or color pencil with black marker.
Each card is signed, numbered and dated by year. This may be a lifelong project.
Each card comes with a one page writing that will be time specific.
The red March 18th, 2022 stamp on the first 500 or so cards refers to the launch date of My Most Recent Proposal for Cincinnati on this website.
March 18th, 2017 is the date of the first three writings in the original proposal binder.

The next big thing is everybody.
