The figures project

Hannah is one of the most inspiring people I have ever known. Nothing ever really gets her down. She always seems happy. As this piece is much more complicated than a standing figure, I prepared some of the shapes in advance. I laid them out on a long table, along with sheets of color so that members could make their own – and we assembled the piece like a giant puzzle that was hanging on the wall. There was quite a crowd. Some people applied the glue, while others positioned each piece in its place. It was a lot of fun.
