Dear Ron,

Thank you for your time.

Enclosed are the writings I spoke about. (Actually, "Photographs" is a new piece, partly inspired by our conversation at the gallery today.)

In part, this is new, because you don't know me. There is more to me than what you see on the surface. I hope you will take the time to turn these ideas over a few times.

Conversely, I've spent 20 years observing and thinking about the NY scene. Though I'm sure there are still many things I do not understand; I think I get the gist of it.

I'm not saying that I'm the end all. Just, well, considering what's out there, I think I'm an attractive addition to, something of a logical next step.

If only a small part of the enclosed strikes a cord within, I'll be happy. That seed will grow.

It will, because there is truth in what I say and do.

I'm pretty confident of that.

Again, I thank you for your time. I appreciate your kindness.

Sincerely,
Tim Folzenlogen
